The 9th Executive committee meeting held on Saturday 04-03-2023 at 5:00 PM in Association Office. The following resolutions were adopted unanimously. Minutes of previous meeting were read out and action taken on resolutions passed was informed.
1). Discussions on Bye-laws of our Association
Resolution: Resolved on the Bye-laws rules and responsibilities, and all the rules of the EC, the process BR and security.
2).Finalizing modalities for rental through Association
Resolution: The modalities for the rentals and the rental agreement with the owner, aadhar card of the tenant approval NOC for clearance on that particular flat.
3). Discussions regarding operation of STP.
Resolution: The resolved to appoint the proper person who will be operating ST alone with technical knowledge.

Before taking an agenda item above, please arrange to communicate a Certified Copy of the Bye-laws of the STFOW Association (Regd. No. 781/2009, under A.P.S.R. Act, 2001) to all the owners of our township or at least post it on Block-wise Notice Boards or other in our Association website etc., at an early date.
