IMPORTANT NOTE: 

1. Due Date:  
– All Flat owners are obliged to pay monthly maintenance charges before 5th of every month in advance to meet all expenses relating to the ” Sanskruti Township Flat Owners Welfare Association”
2. Consequences of Non-Payment & Penalty for Late Payment:
– Should a member fail to pay the monthly maintenance charges to the Association even after extended period  (3 months), then the Association can disconnect the access of all the amenities such as Power, Water, etc.. till such members pays all the outstanding dues along with the interest @ 18%PA. 

Disconnection schedule is as follows:

Blocks A1 to A16:      8th of every month
Blocks AB17 to A33: 10th of every month
Blocks A34 to A50:    12th of every month
Blocks C1 to D4:        14th of every month

3.. Payment Modes:
– You can conveniently make your payment via online transfer, cheque, UPI, or through the Nobrokerhood app.

“Apartment Associations Can Disconnect Water, Power Supply Over Unpaid Maintenance:” – Telangana HC
