Penalties if failed to maintain proper Standards of the Cleanliness inside the premises.

Garbage: Residents/Owners ensure that all garbage /refuse is properly packed and kept readily available for the conservancy staff/Housekeeping. The concerned staff may not collect garbage if it is not properly packed and staff may move to next flat fi garbage is not Proper made available during their visit. The executive committee reserves right to impose fine on any owner /Resident found throwing litter/Rubbish in the common areas and not in the garbage base/dustbins. Excuses on maids won't be accepted.

Pets: Residents /Owners must not release their pet dogs loose outside their flats. Dogs must be taken out with Tight Leash, Mouth Cover Muzzle and must be positively restrained from
defecating on the roads, common areas cellars or on the narrow berms of the township.

Parking: Cars shall be parked in the parking places allotted to particular flat. No vehicle should be parked in the drive way or not entitled to park their vehicle in other member parking or any other area which is not allotted under any circumstances.

An amount Rs 500:00 will be collected if any rule is broken as mentioned above as penalty.
