17^th GENERAL BODY MEETING ON 8^th SEPTEMBER 2024

           

All members of Sanskruti Township are here by informed and invited to attend the General Body meeting scheduled on Sunday, 8^th September 2024 from 10:00 AM onwards at ‘Sanskruti Kala Vedika’ to discuss and decide on the following items of agenda.    

1. President Address.
2. Secretary Report.
3. Approval of financial statement for the year 2023-2024.
4. Approval of proposed Budget up to July 2025.
5. Appointment of Internal Auditors FY 2024-2025.
6. Any other matter with the permission of President.
7.  Reading of approved resolutions.
8. Vote of thanks.

Lunch (1 pm to 2 pm)

• Note: The audit report for the financial year 2023-2024 and internal audit report will be sent on/before 27th August 2024.

• Note: Whoever wants to let their topics present over the stage at GBM needs to submit for EC Approval on or before 31st August 2024.Topic should be of 2 min only.

• The members are requested to produce their photo ID proof for attending the meeting.
• Defaulters who has outstanding dues in all flats, all dues upto i.e June 2024 of Maintenance, Gas, Painting and Garbage are not allowed to attend GBM and cast your vote as per Bye-Law.

[All the owners are here by informed, due to bad weather conditions, it has been decided to postpone the 16th General Body meeting scheduled for 30th July 2023 to Sunday, 6th August 2023.  Time, Agenda and Venue remains same.]
